Medieval Turf Seat

Saw this idea in a magazine and knew right away we needed one. The photo I saw used turf/grass but suggested trying thyme because it would smell good when you sit on it, so I used the herb. It should fill in pretty quickly.

Lightning Fast Trip to Louisville

12 hours there and back again. It was a good trip with nice weather and pretty countryside to gaze upon. Joyce Garner of Garner Narrative was welcoming and a charming host showing me around her gallery for the first time. It's a lovely gallery in a very cool section of the town. I would have liked to stay longer to see the town, but that will have to come another time. This time I had to run back home to meet waiting commitments.

Almost Spring!

Spring is almost here and I am ready for the outdoors. My yard is calling to me or maybe i'm calling to it. I walk around a couple of times a day to see if anything is popping up. Nature seems to be moving in slow motion. I know this time next month everything will be happening so fast I won't be able to keep up.
Here's a couple of projects that were just completed thanks to Kalki Winter at eScape and his uncle Ed Winter. I think they did a great job! Now I can't wait to start some planting.

Busy Working

No post for a few days. I've been busy painting and pipe racking and other stuff. Not a lot completed or accomplished, but I've been working hard.

Also I found this cool Lithuanian online magazine-  Lamu Slenis
